Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimy Bobo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jimy Bobo is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jimy Bobo!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Steven Brown and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Bobo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Johnson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bobo somewhat.
Johnson has his takedown stuffed
and Bobo counters with a single leg into guard. Johnson didn't expect that.
Johnson has momentary wrist control but Bobo slips an elbow through the middle.
Johnson keeping full guard, as Bobo tries to pass.
Johnson tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Bobo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Bobo drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bobo jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Bobo is looking to work some ground and pound but Johnson has wrist control.
Johnson could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Bobo pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Johnson is keeping the position for now.
Bobo is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Johnson is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Johnson has escaped and now he's on top!

Johnson trying to control the position from guard on top but Bobo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bobo working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Johnson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Bobo is tightening it up a little... Johnson has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Johnson reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Johnson taps out! nice BJJ there by Bobo!
