Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Neville Champman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Ovechkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexander Ovechkin has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Neville Champman's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ovechkin tries to keep at a distance but Champman has taken the fight into the clinch.
The referee calls for Champman to work.
Ovechkin tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Ovechkin wants to get back to striking at distance but Champman won't allow it.
Ovechkin tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Champman creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
The referee is keeping an eye on Champman - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Champman is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Ovechkin can't fight it off and eventually Champman manages to take the fight to the floor. Ovechkin looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Champman connects with a nice short shot to Ovechkin's temple.
