And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, kimbo slice!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marques scores with a head kick.
No joy there for slice, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

slice rushes Marques and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

slice escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A head kick by slice misses
and Marques counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Marques shoots in for a takedown but slice shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
No luck for Marques with that takedown attempt.
slice throws a lazy head kick
and Marques counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
slice takes a head kick and keeps coming.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Marques tries to clinch up but slice circles away and keeps his distance.
slice throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

It looks like Nino Marques has been cut.
slice misses with a combination

and Marques counters with a head kick that drops slice to the mat! slice scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

slice is rocked!
Look low, kick high! Marques uses the oldest trick in the book to send slice tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Marques is absolutely delighted - when slice wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
