Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Seiya Kobayashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matheus Gostoso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kobayashi's entrance music is Sugar. A fine choice. Matheus Gostoso will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kobayashi blocks a head kick by Gostoso.
Gostoso looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Kobayashi drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Kobayashi wants to control but Gostoso is keeping him busy.
Kobayashi slows the pace down.

Kobayashi tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kobayashi has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Kobayashi has hold of Gostoso's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Gostoso tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Kobayashi cranks the arm and Gostoso screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Gostoso, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
