Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between William Thiele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommie Chong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tommie Chong is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chong stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Chong wants it to stay on the feet.
Chong throws out a powerful jab.
A punch combination from Chong misses.

Chong lands a nice shot to the body.
Tommie Chong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chong lunges at Thiele with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Thiele's hand.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Chong lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Thiele circles away quickly and effectively.
Thiele shoots in but Chong avoids the takedown attempt easily.

A jab-cross combination lands for Chong and sends Thiele crashing to the mat! Chong follows him down to the mat - Thiele regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Chong seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Thiele does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Thiele is refusing to be controlled, as Chong sits in half guard.
Thiele is looking for a sweep. Chong is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Chong lands a jab-cross combination.
Chong connects with a body shot.

Thiele is breathing heavily.
Chong clobbers Thiele with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Chong throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Chong bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Thiele! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Chong must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Thiele is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Chong defends well.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Thiele shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Chong sprawls well. Chong wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Thiele gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for William Thiele. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Chong wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Chong takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Thiele closes the distance and clinches up with Chong, looking for a takedown. Thiele pushes Chong against the cage but Chong circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Chong has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Donk. Chong catches Thiele right on the button with a cross.
Chong leaves Thiele with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Chong fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
It's a brutal combination of punches from Chong! Thiele is backing up but he can't get away as Chong lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Thiele and ends the fight. Great knockout.
