Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scott Cockx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andres Aguinaldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Scott Cockx! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andres Aguinaldo! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Hirohito Nitta and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aguinaldo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cockx's waist but Cockx gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Aguinaldo off to one side. Aguinaldo shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Aguinaldo takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
It looks like Scott Cockx has been cut. Cockx blocking the ground and pound attempt from Aguinaldo. Cockx is staying active underneath Aguinaldo, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Aguinaldo missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Aguinaldo throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Nice strikes from Aguinaldo there.
Scott Cockx's cut is getting worse. Well, if Aguinaldo is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Aguinaldo wants to take a breather but Cockx is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Aguinaldo throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Aguinaldo wants to pass to mount but Cockx is defending the position. Aguinaldo is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Aguinaldo thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Cockx's head. Aguinaldo throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Aguinaldo not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Aguinaldo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Cockx defends it nicely. Cockx dips to his left and cracks Aguinaldo with an uppercut!
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Cockx goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
It looks like Andres Aguinaldo has been cut. Cockx missing with a left hand there. Aguinaldo was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Cockx tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Aguinaldo paws at him with a jab and circles away. Aguinaldo keeps the fight on the outside. Cockx throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Aguinaldo dodges the punch combination from Cockx.
Aguinaldo shoots for a takedown but Cockx saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Scott Cockx has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andres Aguinaldo. Cockx moves in looking to clinch but Aguinaldo pushes him off. Aguinaldo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Cockx's guard. Cockx is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Aguinaldo with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Aguinaldo postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Aguinaldo throws a big right hand that misses. Aguinaldo in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Cockx is looking to stand up but Aguinaldo isn't so interested in that idea. Aguinaldo throwing strikes but missing. Aguinaldo trying to control but Cockx is working from the bottom.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Cockx throws a hook but Aguinaldo avoids it easily. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Aguinaldo checks a leg kick. Cockx throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Aguinaldo closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Cockx to the mat! Cockx manages to get full guard. Aguinaldo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Cockx keeping moving, preventing Aguinaldo from controlling successfully. Cockx wants to get back to his feet but Aguinaldo is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Aguinaldo content to stall in guard here. Aguinaldo working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Cockx is on top in guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Andres Aguinaldo dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Aguinaldo slips a jab from Cockx. Cockx throws a series of punches but Aguinaldo avoids them all with ease. Cockx tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Cockx misses with a series of wild punches.
Cockx swings for the body but Aguinaldo moves out of range.
Cockx gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Aguinaldo to score an easy takedown into full guard. Aguinaldo wants to pass the guard but Cockx is keeping the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Aguinaldo wants to control from the top but Cockx keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Aguinaldo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Aguinaldo slips nicely into half guard. Aguinaldo is looking for a kimura but Cockx is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Aguinaldo to get the leverage. Aguinaldo not landing any meaningful shots this time. Cockx keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Cockx avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Aguinaldo. Aguinaldo is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Aguinaldo sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Cockx defending well though. Aguinaldo is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Cockx has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Aguinaldo is working away from the top position though. Aguinaldo thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Cockx's head. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Aguinaldo lands a nice short elbow.
Scott Cockx's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Aguinaldo misses with a head shot. Cockx uses the momentum to regain guard. Aguinaldo throwing strikes from guard but Cockx blocks nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Aguinaldo distracts Cockx with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Jeez, Scott Cockx's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Scott Cockx's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Andres Aguinaldo!
