Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Justin Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes into the arena with All I Do Is Win blaring out of the sound system. Hill is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Chop Suey, System of a Down. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Bruno Lombardi and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill moves in looking to clinch but Jones pushes him off.
Hill tries to clinch up but Jones circles away and keeps his distance.

Nice shot lands for Jones.

Hill lands a big head kick that sends Jones tumbling to the mat! Hill takes a step backwards and waves Jones back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Jones throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Jones lands a really nice looking cross but Hill seems unphased.

Hill looks to clinch
and Jones counters with a right hand to the body.
Hill looks gassed!
Hill throws a head kick but Jones moves out of range.
Jones lands with a hook. Hill tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Hill throws a nice looking combination but Jones bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Hill throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Hill blocks a leg kick.

Jones uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hill.

and Hill counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jones, as that shot connected.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Jones here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Hill escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hill looks to land a left hand but Jones moved out of range nicely.

Hill has hold of Jones's hands but Jones slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Hill is looking to improve his position.
Hill really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jones. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

You get the feeling that Hill really doesn't like being in this position too much.

so Jones counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Hill utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Jones is looking to work some ground and pound but Hill has wrist control.

Hill looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jones accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Jones might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Jones working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Hill's head.
Jones thows a big elbow that misses.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Hill tries a head kick but it misses.
Justin Jones is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Jones, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
