Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pain Peters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frodo Baggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Peters might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to BringThe Pain. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pain Peters! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frodo Baggins! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Peters tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Baggins misses with a straight right. Baggins feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Peters is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Peters escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Baggins gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Baggins advances position into side control! Peters tries to strike but it doesn't land. Peters tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Baggins wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Peters has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Baggins has knee on belly and moves into mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Baggins is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Peters can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Peters is wriggling around trying to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Baggins sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Baggins prevents Peters from getting the reversal. Peters is squirming around, avoiding Baggins's attempts to control the action. Peters wants to control but Baggins is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Peters is looking to improve his position but Baggins isn't that keen on the idea. Peters is breathing heavily. Baggins working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Peters looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Baggins! Submission of the night perhaps?
