Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between David King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Ericson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ericson has chosen We Fly High remix as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Trevor Gratis and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ericson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
No luck for Ericson with that takedown attempt.
King tries to bum rush Ericson with a series of wild strikes but Ericson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Ericson ducks under a wild hook from King.
King throws a series of punches but Ericson moves out of range.
King goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
King will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ericson walks into a stiff left hand from King.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Ericson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with King but King pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Ericson is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
King closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Ericson! King dives in looking to finish! Ericson is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
