Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Billy Carlson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blixt Boxlund (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carlson comes to the cage accompanied by My Block - Scarface. Billy Carlson has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carlson takes a jab right on the kisser.

It looks like Billy Carlson has been cut.
Carlson looks to land a right hand but Boxlund moved out of range.
Carlson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Boxlund's waist but Boxlund gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Carlson off to one side.
Boxlund connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Carlson's hands.
Boxlund displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Carlson.

Carlson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Carlson forces the positional change into back control.
Carlson throwing sloppy strikes.
Carlson is hanging on to Boxlund's back as he tries to escape.
Boxlund trying to control the position but Carlson manages to sink in the hooks.
Boxlund trying to get back to his feet but Carlson is in full control for now.
Boxlund wants to escape the position.

Carlson is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Boxlund is defending well though. Carlson let's go of the attempt for now.
Carlson is breathing heavily.
Boxlund rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Carlson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Boxlund keeps working.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Boxlund looks like he's trying to stand up.
Boxlund is refusing to be controlled, as Carlson sits in half guard.
Boxlund wants to get back to full guard.
Boxlund trying to hold on to Carlson's head to control him but Carlson postures up.
Boxlund really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Carlson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Boxlund wants to improve his position but Carlson is controlling well.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Carlson on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Boxlund lands a left and a right that send Carlson crashing to the mat, dazed. Boxlund thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Carlson is rocked!
Boxlund circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Carlson tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Boxlund wins by KO!
