Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Junior Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Bohn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miller comes to the cage accompanied by Reggae Mix. Junior Miller could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to John Bohn's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Junior Miller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Bohn!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Miller closes the distance and clinches.
Miller looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Bohn on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Miller is trying to force a seperation but Bohn has the dominant position.
Miller wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Bohn has him pressed against the cage.
Miller fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Bohn escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Miller has a takedown stuffed.
Miller misses with the combination.
Miller misses with a body kick.
Bohn takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Bohn circles away from the clinch attempt.

Bohn scores a takedown into full mount!
Bohn content just to control the position here.

The referee warns Miller that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Bohn trying to control but Miller is having none of it.
Miller is working to get back to half guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bohn controlling from mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Miller's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Miller is desperately trying to improve his position but Bohn has a good base and remains in mount.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Bohn is standing up over Miller. Miller looks to escape but Bohn dives into side control.

Bohn decides to stand back up. Bohn steps back and let's Miller get back to his feet.

Bohn moves in looking to clinch but Miller pushes him off.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Bohn dives in and grabs Miller's left leg, looking for a takedown. Miller pushes down on Bohn's head and hops out.
Miller misses with a two punch combination.
Miller is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Miller wants to clinch.
Bohn throws a head kick that misses
and Miller makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Bohn really felt that one!
Miller rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bohn moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

and Miller counters with a left and a right that stings Bohn.
Miller fails to land the takedown.

Miller closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Miller wants to break the clinch but can't.
Miller lands a knee to the body.

Miller escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Miller scores with a head kick.
Bohn takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Miller tries to clinch up but Bohn circles away and keeps his distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on John Bohn's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


Miller throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Bohn.

Miller closes the distance and pushes Bohn back into the cage.

Miller shoots for a takedown but Bohn saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Bohn gets to mount! Miller was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Miller tries to hold on but Bohn postures up.
Miller is trying desperately to improve position.
Bohn takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Miller is squirming around, avoiding Bohn's attempts to control the action.
Miller is trying to stand up.

Bohn avoids the attempt from Miller to control.
Bohn takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Miller wants to control but Bohn is having none of it.

The fight stays on the outside here - Miller looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Bohn takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Bohn misses with a jab, cross combination.
Miller throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Bohn takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Miller tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bohn paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Miller gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Miller connects with a nasty looking knee right to Bohn's face.
Bohn tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Miller smiles and moves away.

Bohn takes a kick to the side of the head.

And that's the end of the fight!
Junior Miller showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Miller has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
