With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Juan Carro!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Reed Andrews and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffler shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Carro sprawls well. Carro wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Griffler gets slowly back to his feet.
Griffler looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Griffler changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Carro tries to avoid it but Griffler manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Carro to the ground. Carro escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Carro tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Griffler avoids it.

Carro's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Griffler. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Carro throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Griffler blocks it with crossed arms.

Carro lands a right hand that snaps the head of Griffler backwards.

Carro manages to break the clinch.

Carro escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Juan Carro showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Griffler's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Carro lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Griffler.
Griffler is working for takedown but Carro is calmly controlling the position for now.

Well Carro has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
