Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mauri Iron Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Speedos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ken Speedos will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Iron Man does no damage.

Speedos looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Iron Man wants to get back to his feet but Speedos is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Speedos working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Iron Man's head.
Iron Man is looking to sweep but instead, Speedos has passed into half guard.
Iron Man is in trouble now - Speedos has advanced to mount!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Speedos seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Iron Man is holding on tight.
Speedos has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Speedos lands a big shot there that rocks Iron Man but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Iron Man is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Speedos has taken his back.

Speedos is trying to stick to Iron Man's back but Iron Man is turning into Speedos. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Speedos's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Iron Man.

Iron Man wants to control from the top but Speedos keeps moving.

Speedos had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Iron Man is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Speedos Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Iron Man's back instead.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Speedos is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Iron Man defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
Speedos controlling well, preventing Iron Man from escaping the position.

The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Speedos's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
I really don't envy Iron Man right now.

Speedos content to control rather than advance.
Iron Man pushes Speedos off looking to stand but Speedos dives back in and keeps control.
Speedos wants to take a breather but Iron Man is having none of it.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Speedos passes to full mount!
Speedos tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Speedos goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Iron Man is on top in guard.

Iron Man avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Speedos working for a triangle but Iron Man defends it easily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Speedos looking to hit a scissor sweep but Iron Man is one step ahead there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ken Speedos dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Iron Man misses with a takedown

and Speedos decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Iron Man's guard.

Mauri Iron Man is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

and Speedos counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Iron Man looking for a sweep. Not yet Iron Man, not yet.

Speedos drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Speedos seems to have locked his on tight now - Iron Man screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Speedos, as he picks up the win!
