Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fred Ramon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kent Trailer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trailer is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Seether. Kent Trailer has the eye of the tiger tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kent Trailer!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Bruno Hogan and Winston Howard.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramon throws a shot from downtown. Trailer moves away and avoids it.
Trailer uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ramon.
Trailer displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ramon throws out the jab.
Trailer blocks a head kick by Ramon.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ramon fails in his attempt to clinch.
Ramon tries to close the distance and clinch up but Trailer swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Trailer throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Trailer is looking to score with low kicks.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Trailer on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Ramon. Ramon obviously looking to wear him down.
Trailer moves out of range of the strikes.
Ramon throws out a powerful jab.


It looks like Kent Trailer has been cut.

Ramon tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Ramon throws a hook to the side of Trailer's head but Trailer sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Ramon pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ramon throws a looping overhand right but Trailer ducks down to avoid it.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

and Ramon counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Trailer attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Ramon misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Trailer uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ramon.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Ramon here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Trailer turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Ramon tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Trailer paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Fred Ramon is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Ramon throws a jab but it's blocked by Trailer.
Fred Ramon is winning the standup battle so far.
Trailer finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Ramon throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Ramon looks to throw the jab but Trailer is out of range.
Kent Trailer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Ramon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ramon throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Trailer.
Fred Ramon is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.


The cut above Kent Trailer's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
An inside leg kick from Trailer misses.

And that's the end of the fight!
Fred Ramon showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Ramon has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
