Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leandro Lemos (ranked 2639 p4p, 2543 weight class) and Bautista Maroto (ranked 263 p4p, 254 weight class). Maroto has chosen Onyx - Raze It Up - Shut 'Em Down as his entrance music. Bautista Maroto has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Leandro Lemos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bautista Maroto!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Sosuke Kotani and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maroto throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lemos is looking to counter the offense by Maroto and move into the clinch.
Maroto misses the jab.
Maroto circles away from the clinch attempt.
Maroto cracks Lemos with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
It looks like Leandro Lemos has been cut.
Lemos moves into the clinch.
Maroto misses with a hook from the clinch.
Maroto lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Lemos backwards.
Maroto using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Lemos has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Lemos leaning his opponent against the ropes.
Lemos is trying to pull guard but Maroto has him pressed against the ropes.
Maroto's coach down at Lotus Dojo was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Maroto's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Lemos wants to stall.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Maroto lands with a short shot to the head.
Lemos tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Maroto just stands there and leans against the ropes.
Lemos jumps guard and drags Maroto to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Maroto wants to get up but he can't break Lemos's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Maroto wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Lemos's closed guard. He's half up but Lemos has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Lemos pivots and extends the arm, Maroto falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Lemos! Well done that man!
