Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eugene Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Black Caesar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee comes into the arena with Eye of the Tiger blaring out of the sound system. Eugene Lee had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Caesar backs up against the cage.
Caesar moves out of range as Lee strikes.
Caesar shoots in but no luck this time.
Lee throws a right and a left that Caesar avoids nicely.
Lee swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Caesar fails with the takedown.

Lee fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Caesar, pushing him back against the cage.
Caesar is working for takedown but Lee is calmly controlling the position for now.
Eugene Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Black Caesar.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

Caesar manages to break the clinch.
Lee keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Lee throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Lee darts in and clinches Caesar up against the cage.

Lee breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lee tries to land a leg kick but Caesar saw it coming and moves away.
Caesar looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Caesar is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Lee pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Lee wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Caesar has him pressed against the cage.
Lee lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

Caesar tries to break the clinch but Lee is controlling the position.

It looks like Black Caesar has been cut.

Lee breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lee throws a quick inside leg kick.
Lee lands a really nice looking cross but Caesar seems unphased.
Lee throws a right and a left that Caesar avoids nicely.
Lee connects with a solid leg kick.
Lee fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Caesar shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Caesar moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Lee has worked his arm free - good work by Lee!
Caesar has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Lee is trying to buck Caesar off.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Eugene Lee will probably get the nod.

Lee takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Lee tries to clinch but Caesar moves out of range.
Lee buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Caesar misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lee fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Caesar.

Caesar breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Caesar shoots in and bounces Lee off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Lee fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Caesar looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Caesar is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Lee moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Caesar postures up in Lee's guard and throws a big left but Lee blocks it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Caesar is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Black Caesar has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Eugene Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Black Caesar.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Lee, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
