Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Darren Will!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 51 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mario Benedetti!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Paul Tew and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Will scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Benedetti takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Will clobbers Benedetti with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Will lands an overhand right.
Will jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Will scores with a jab to the body.
Benedetti shoots and misses
and Will connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Will lands a slapping body shot.
Benedetti takes a shot right to the bread basket.
A head kick by Benedetti misses
and Will counters with a nice uppercut.
Benedetti looks winded!
Will lands a right hook to the body.
Jab by Will.
Benedetti moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Will cracks Benedetti with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Will lands a big uppercut and Benedetti crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Benedetti looks OK. Will waves Benedetti back to his feet!
Benedetti is rocked!
Will lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Benedetti at a distance.
Benedetti is still on wobbly legs! Can Will finish him?
Will slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Will throws an overhand right that drops Benedetti like a sack of potatoes! Will dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Darren Will!
Darren Will tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
