Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jake Dingus (ranked 4112 p4p, 2373 weight class) and Sendo Tackashei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jake Dingus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sendo Tackashei! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Matheus Silva and Paulo Santos.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tackashei throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dingus darts in looking for a takedown but Tackashei gets double underhooks and turns Dingus into the cage.
Tackashei manages to break the clinch.
Dingus avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Dingus shoots in and drives through. Tackashei sprawls well. Tackashei is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Tackashei scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Dingus throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tackashei doesn't manage to clinch there - Dingus circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tackashei fails to land the takedown. Dingus walks into a straight right hand from Tackashei. Dingus has a takedown stuffed. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jake Dingus. That's going to take a lot out of him.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Tackashei scores with a nice head shot. Tackashei misses with a looping left. Dingus darts in looking for a takedown but Tackashei gets double underhooks and turns Dingus into the cage. Dingus looking for a takedown. Tackashei is looking for a takedown.
Dingus manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Tackashei scoring with some ground and pound. Dingus is trying to keep Tackashei in close.
Tackashei throws a big right hand that misses. Tackashei is pushing down on Dingus's leg trying to pass to half guard. Dingus is fighting to maintain full guard but Tackashei has managed to sneak the leg through.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Dingus is looking to get back to full guard here but Tackashei has managed to pass to side control instead. Tackashei lands an elbow.
Tackashei looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Dingus parries the strikes from Tackashei easily there. Tackashei is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Dingus to escape.
Tackashei has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Tackashei lands some shots froms side control. Dingus wants to control but Tackashei postures up. Tackashei cracks Dingus with a big right hand but Dingus just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tackashei creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Dingus sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Dingus avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Tackashei. Dingus holds on to Tackashei's head and controls the position momentarily. Dingus tries to buck Tackashei off but Tackashei is having none of it. Tackashei postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Dingus wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Dingus is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Tackashei is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Dingus knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Dingus is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Dingus wants to get back to his feet. Dingus is looking for a sweep. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Tackashei taking a breather here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dingus tries to buck Tackashei off but Tackashei is having none of it. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sendo Tackashei dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Tackashei misses with a wild combination.
Dingus fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Dingus shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Tackashei eats them both and turns towards Dingus to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Dingus tries to keep at a distance but Tackashei has taken the fight into the clinch.
Tackashei jumps guard and drags Dingus to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Dingus looking to pass the guard. Dingus really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tackashei has his foot on Dingus's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dingus works his way back into a safe position though. Dingus wants to control from the top but Tackashei keeps moving. Sendo Tackashei has got the better of the ground game so far. Tackashei looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Dingus looking to sit in guard and control but Tackashei gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Dingus manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Dingus ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Dingus no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Tackashei lands a couple of elbows. Dingus will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Tackashei working some strikes from top position. Dingus utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Tackashei stands and throws Dingus's legs to the side, diving into side control. Tackashei has knee on belly momentarily but Dingus bucks him off and regains half guard. Dingus keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Dingus is holding on to half guard well. Dingus is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Tackashei connects with a nice short shot to Dingus's temple.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Tackashei wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dingus keeps working. Dingus is looking to control Tackashei's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Dingus avoid being mounted? Tackashei sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Dingus defending well though. Tackashei is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Tackashei blocks the strikes from Dingus.
Tackashei wants to control but Dingus is keeping him busy.
Tackashei decides to stand and escape the position. Tackashei looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Dingus on the wrong end of a nice hook. Dingus fails with a takedown attempt. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Dingus doesn't manage to clinch there - Tackashei circles away.
Tackashei shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Tackashei was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Tackashei looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Dingus is avoiding damage well.
Tackashei tries to advance to mount but Dingus denies him.
Tackashei wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Dingus, who protects the arm well. Dingus struggling a bit here. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sendo Tackashei showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Tackashei pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Horrible takedown attempt by Dingus or perhaps it was just good defense by Tackashei, which made it look bad. Tackashei fails with an attempt to clinch.
Tackashei moves into range and clinches up with Dingus.

Tackashei jumps into guard, dragging Dingus to the mat.
Dingus stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Tackashei has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Dingus manages to get his head free but now Tackashei has transitioned to an armbar! Dingus grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Tackashei! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
