Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Malaki Solis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Killian Rojas!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rojas lands a high kick!
Solis definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Solis looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Rojas checks a low kick from Solis.
Rojas misses with a few strikes there.
Rojas tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Solis manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Rojas thuds his shin into the meat of Solis's side.
Rojas throws a one two combo.
Rojas ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
The fight stays on the outside here - Rojas looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Solis seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Rojas shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Solis is backing up but Rojas catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Solis covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Rojas Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Killian Rojas!
After winning the bout, Killian Rojas thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
