Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dash Herrera! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, LucasTeis Zamanes! The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herrera shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Zamanes's guard. Herrera throws a big elbow that misses.
Herrera is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Herrera wants to control from the top but Zamanes keeps moving. Zamanes looking to hit a scissor sweep but Herrera is one step ahead there. Zamanes is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Herrera dives into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Herrera moves into full mount!
Herrera goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Zamanes is on top in guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Herrera wants to sweep here but Zamanes controlling him for the moment.
Herrera working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Zamanes doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Zamanes manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Herrera working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Zamanes. Zamanes preventing the sweep.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Zamanes stopping the sweep attempt from Herrera. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Herrera looking to control.
Zamanes must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Zamanes trying to control the position from guard on top but Herrera is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Herrera looking for a triangle here. Zamanes is fighting it but it looks tight! Herrera pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Zamanes is tapping out - this one is all over!
