One working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ryan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ryan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ryan tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
One tries to improve his position but Ryan has taken his back! Ryan has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will One tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Ryan pushes One away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
