Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kouassi Fofano (ranked 964 p4p, 1255 weight class) and Brooklyn Yumm (ranked 124 p4p, 154 weight class). Kouassi Fofano could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Brooklyn Yumm's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fofano misses with a takedown attempt - Yumm sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Yumm drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Fofano defends it well.
Yumm clinches with his opponent.
Fofano has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Yumm is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Fofano is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Yumm to keep the fight standing.

We've been hearing reports that Fofano has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Fofano is fighting off a takedown attempt but Yumm is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Fofano to the mat. Fofano regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Yumm might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Fofano haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

It looks like Yumm might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Fofano moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Yumm drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Yumm jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Fofano looking for a triangle here. Yumm is fighting it but it looks tight! Fofano pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Yumm is tapping out - this one is all over!
