Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Don Key (ranked 3107 p4p, 25873 weight class) and Morgan Wood (ranked 315 p4p, 502 weight class). The key to victory for Don Key has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Don Key! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Morgan Wood! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Patrick Alders and Paulsen Ambrosius.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Key clinches with his opponent.
Wood is struggling to control the position. Wood is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Wood is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Key gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Wood has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Key avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Key tries to break the clinch but Wood is controlling the position. Key can't break the clinch.
Key blocks a body shot from Wood. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Wood as Key tries to tie him up. Wood can't find room to land a body shot as Key controls the action.
Key has Wood pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Key pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Wood tumbling to the mat - Key dives into Wood's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wood has Key pulled in close to control his posture.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Let's hope that Wood has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Wood looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Wood has his hands on Key's head, controlling the position.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Wood closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Key to the mat! Key manages to get full guard. Key is looking to stand back up but Wood counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Key.
 That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wood with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Key wants to control but Wood is keeping busy and won't allow it. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Wood lands a nice short elbow. Wood performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Wood seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Key looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Wood is taking a breather. Key says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Wood. Wood takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Wood performing his best blanket impression for a moment. We've been informed that Wood has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Wood passes to side control. Key knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wood on the ground. Wood is working Key over with some ground and pound from side control. Wood lands some shots froms side control. Wood looks up at the clock and then as Key takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Wood smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Wood prevents Key from escaping the position. Key trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Wood has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Wood taking a breather here. It looks like Wood might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Wood working the head and body with strikes. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Morgan Wood dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Key cracks Wood with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Wood shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Wood has closed the distance and engaged Key in a clinch.
Key pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Key misses with a body shot.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Wood crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Key - the referee stops the clock and Wood gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Key. Wood manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Key moves into range and connects with a jab. Key is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Wood tries to score a power double leg takedown but Key sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wood somewhat. Wood throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

 That's one minute gone in the round.
Wood is trying to trip Key. He has hold of a leg but Key is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Wood persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Morgan Wood has got the better of the ground game so far. Wood prevents Key from getting back to his feet. Wood lands a couple of digs. Wood not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Wood won't allow Key to get back to his feet. Wood stays in close to Key's body and controls the position. Key on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Key tries to get out of the position. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Key throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Wood lands a really nice looking cross but Key seems unphased.

Key takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Key shoots in and bounces Wood off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Wood pulls Key in to control the position. Wood bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Key's guard.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Wood showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Wood is continuing to stall. Wood lands a couple of digs. Wood is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Wood is working Key over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Wood lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Wood looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Wood landing with the ground and pound. Wood with a nice head shot there. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Morgan Wood will probably get the nod - 10:9. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

The fight moves into the clinch position. Wood can't get the takedown.
Wood throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Keys head.
Key has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Wood clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Wood trying to control the action but Key just sinks the hooks in. Wood breaks Key's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Key wants to stand up but Wood is controlling him. Wood scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Wood not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Wood distracts Key with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Wood is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Wood working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Wood stops Key from standing up. Wood working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Key's head. Wood controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Key looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Wood puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Wood looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Wood works his foot free and advances to mount. Wood with good strikes from the mount here!
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Wood landing shots from mount. Wood landing strikes from the mount. Wood with shots to the head and body - Key looks very uncomfortable down there. Key wants to hold on but Wood pushes him away. Wood landing shots from mount. Wood controlling the position easily from mount. Yet more stalling tactics from Wood. Wood with a couple of short strikes. Key is bucking up trying to escape but Wood cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Wood scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Key?

Wood with the ground and pound from mount. Wood controlling from the full mount. Wood fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Wood controlling the position easily from mount. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Key is not a happy chappy� he wants out of there.
Don Key has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Morgan Wood is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Wood takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
And that's the end of the fight! Morgan Wood comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Wood winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
