Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenji Ito (ranked 2609 p4p, 5692 weight class) and Mountain Rivera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Kenji Ito has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Kenji Ito seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 32 - 197 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mountain Rivera!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shirou Masuda and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivera gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Ito works over Rivera with some ground and pound from guard.
Ito content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Ito distracts Rivera with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Rivera looks winded!
Ito working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Rivera's head.
Rivera is rocked!
Ito loads up on a big left hand. Rivera felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Ito looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Rivera can't hide his disappointment, as Ito celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kenji Ito!
Our winner, Kenji Ito, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
