Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rick Ness (ranked 2686 p4p, 4179 weight class) and Caspar Vos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ness might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Cocaine. Rick Ness has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Rick Ness! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Caspar Vos! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ness fails with a takedown attempt. Ness is trying hard to land a takedown here. Vos sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Vos misses with a wild combination.
Ness shoots in but no luck this time. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Vos! But no joy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rick Ness. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ness misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Vos is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ness. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ness is defended easily by Vos.
Vos gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Ness to score an easy takedown into full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ness makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Ness looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Ness has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Vos wants to stand up but Ness is controlling him. Ness sitting in guard, not really doing much. Ness passes Vos's left leg - he's now in half guard. Ness working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Vos tries to roll over but Ness keeps him under control. Vos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ness. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Ness seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Still in half guard, Ness seems content to control. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Vos can do anything to dispel that myth. Ness is pressing down on Vos's thigh, looking to free his foot. Vos is holding on for now. Vos is looking for a sweep. Ness is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Ness working some ground and pound from close in. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Ness postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Vos looks a forlorn figure.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Ness lands a big elbow.
 Vos is rocked! A big strike lands for Ness! That's really hurt Vos and he's turned his back - Ness keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Ness jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
