Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sebastian Cyr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ezra Spence!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spence lands a two punch combo.

It looks like Sebastian Cyr has been cut.
Spence lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Cyr at a distance.
Spence is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Cyr bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Spence's head.
Spence misses with a double jab
letting Cyr counter with a right hand.

Oooh a lovely combination from Spence sends Cyr down but not out. Spence dives into side control looking to finish.

Cyr is rocked!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Spence wants to stand but Cyr has his arm trapped.
Oh Cyr is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
You can see the frustration on Cyr's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Cyr is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Spence asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Cyr seems to have got his legs back now.
Cyr is looking to regain half guard here but Spence keeps moving and retains side control.

Spence wants to stand but Cyr is controlling his arm.
Cyr is looking to reverse the position.

Cyr holds on to Spence's head and controls the position momentarily.

Cyr explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
Spence tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cyr paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Spence blocks a jab.
Spence is trying to counter with his kicks.
Spence dances in with a quick combination. Cyr is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Spence snaps Cyr's head back. Cyr stumbles backwards against the cage. Spence steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Cyr's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Cyr just didn't come prepared.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ezra Spence!
