Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Remii Ralph!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Yasnan Yudi!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Russell Pearce and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ralph gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Ralph is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Yudi can't fight it off and eventually Ralph manages to take the fight to the floor. Yudi looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Yudi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ralph doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ralph manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ralph postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Ralph is in close to Yudi's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Ralph arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Yudi's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Remii Ralph!
Our winner, Remii Ralph, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
