Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Teddy Corrigan (ranked 4268 p4p, 3975 weight class) and Deez Nutz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Corrigan comes into the arena with Slipknot - XIX blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Deez Nutz!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shirou Masuda and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nutz gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Corrigan won't allow Nutz to get back to his feet.
Nutz bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Corrigan's guard.
Nutz avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Corrigan looking for a guillotine here but Nutz defends easily.
Nutz is pushing down on Corrigan's leg trying to pass to half guard. Corrigan is fighting to maintain full guard but Nutz has managed to sneak the leg through.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Corrigan tries to roll over but Nutz keeps him under control.

Corrigan is looking for a sweep. Nutz is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Corrigan might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Nutz tries to stand and escape but Corrigan is controlling the position.

Corrigan on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Corrigan tries to get out of the position.

Nutz is trying to control the action in half guard but Corrigan is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Corrigan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nutz on the ground.

Nutz perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Corrigan is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Corrigan tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Nutz has advanced to mount. Uh oh.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Corrigan tries to improve his position but instead Nutz has taken his back!
Nutz has the hooks in. Corrigan is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Corrigan is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Nutz gets his way!
Nutz is looking to control Corrigan but Corrigan is wriggling around and keeping busy.
Nutz has got one arm under Corrigan's chin. This could be trouble... Corrigan trying to control the other hand but Nutz gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Corrigan has tapped out! The fight is over!

In defeat, Teddy Corrigan stepped up to the mic, saying 'When I get out of the asylum I will kill this man'.
