Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Richard John Salvacion (ranked 23269 p4p, 23451 weight class) and Tapad Amiga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 59 - 82 - 5, fighting out of Las Vegas, Richard John Salvacion! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 45 - 91 - 7, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tapad Amiga! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Amiga shoots for a double leg takedown but Salvacion sprawls well. He's pushed Amiga's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Amiga shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Salvacion is trying to defend but Amiga finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Salvacion makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Salvacion.

Salvacion closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Amiga did well to prevent Salvacion getting side control. Amiga wants to control but Salvacion is keeping busy.
Salvacion looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Amiga is trying to maintain the position but Salvacion is very close to passing his half guard. Amiga tries to roll over but Salvacion keeps him under control. Salvacion is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice takedown defense from Amiga. No joy for Salvacion on that attempt. Amiga shoots in for a takedown but Salvacion shows good takedown defense. It appears Salvacion was looking to counter with a kick there.
Salvacion throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Amiga was covering up waiting for the punch and Salvacion finishes the takedown easily into guard. Salvacion content to stall in guard here.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Salvacion wants to control from the top but Amiga keeps moving. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion being controlled here momentarily. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Richard John Salvacion dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Salvacion fails to land the takedown. Amiga is trying to counter with his kicks. Amiga shoots in but Salvacion avoids the takedown attempt easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion shoots in but Amiga avoids the takedown attempt easily.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga shoots in and drives through. Salvacion sprawls well. Salvacion quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Salvacion closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Amiga to the mat! Amiga manages to get full guard. Salvacion won't allow Amiga to sweep him here. Salvacion engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Amiga wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Salvacion slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Salvacion is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Amiga can do to turn this around? Salvacion being controlled here momentarily. Richard John Salvacion overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Salvacion is looking to work some ground and pound but Amiga has wrist control.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Amiga is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Salvacion shoots and misses and Amiga counters with a nice body shot. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Richard John Salvacion. That's going to take a lot out of him. Amiga shoots in but no luck this time. A quick step to the side and Salvacion tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Salvacion shoots in for a takedown but Amiga shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Salvacion misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Tapad Amiga showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Salvacion looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Amiga is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Amiga looks for a takedown but Salvacion sprawls well. Salvacion shoots in for a takedown but Amiga shows good takedown defense. Amiga dives in for a single leg takedown but Salvacion sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Amiga fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Richard John Salvacion has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tapad Amiga. Amiga closes this distance looking for a takedown but Salvacion circles away. Salvacion looks to land a body kick but Amiga moved away. Salvacion dives in for a single leg takedown but Amiga sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Amiga with the counter takedown but Salvacion avoids it easily.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Amiga wants a takedown.
Amiga goes for a takedown in the clinch but Salvacion prevents it.
Amiga pulls guard. Amiga takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Salvacion controlling from the top position.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Tapad Amiga. I think Amiga has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
