Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Prison John!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Hector Souza!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
John gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Souza to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Souza sitting in guard here, content to control.
Souza throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Souza not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
John wants to sweep here but Souza controlling him for the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Souza slips nicely into half guard.
Souza lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Souza looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
It looks like Souza might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
John trying to get back to full guard but Souza takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!

Souza manages to capitalize on a mistake by John to take his back!
John trying to control the action but Souza just sinks the hooks in.
Souza lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Souza really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for John.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Let's hope that Souza has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Souza is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but John won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Souza off his unconscious opponent!
