Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Reñan Silva (ranked 2576 p4p, 3184 weight class) and Abdulhakim Muratov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, “Ak Do Flamego”. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Reñan Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Abdulhakim Muratov!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muratov wants to clinch.
Silva avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Silva drops down looking for a counter takedown but Muratov sprawls and moves away.
Muratov shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Silva but Silva pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Silva moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Silva blocks a punch to the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Muratov changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Silva fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Muratov has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Silva.
Muratov moves out of range as Silva throws a body kick.
Muratov is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
The fight stays on the outside here - Muratov looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

and Silva counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Muratov fails with an attempt to clinch.
Silva half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Muratov has Silva up against the cage in a clinch.
Silva pulls guard successfully.
Silva is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Muratov frees his head nicely. Oh but Silva has switched to an armbar! Muratov is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

A relieved looking Reñan Silva thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
