Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kristian Kent!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Sano and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kent throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Smolarek sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Smolarek moves out of range of the strikes.
A quick step to the side and Smolarek tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kent slips under a jab.
Smolarek throws a shot from downtown. Kent moves away and avoids it.
Kent cracks Smolarek with an open hand slap.
Smolarek throws a body shot but no joy.
Smolarek swings for the body but Kent moves out of range.
Smolarek misses with an uppercut.
Smolarek ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kent moves away.
Smolarek throws a lazy right hand but Kent sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Smolarek throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kent on the side of the head.
Smolarek misses with a looping left.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kent uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Smolarek.
Smolarek looks to throw the jab but Kent is out of range.
Kent looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Kent on the wrong end of a nice hook.
It looks like Kristian Kent has been cut.
Smolarek moves out of range as Kent strikes.
Smolarek throws a jab when Kent was well out of range.
Kent throws out a loose jab but Smolarek uses good head movement to avoid it.

Smolarek displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kent throws out the jab.
Smolarek shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Kent rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Smolarek counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Smolarek bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Smolarek was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Kent throws a jab when Smolarek was well out of range.
Kent misses with an uppercut.
Smolarek moves out of range as Kent strikes.
Kent might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Smolarek connects with the punch.
Kent takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Kent throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Smolarek counters with a stiff right hand.
Smolarek throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Smolarek cracks Kent with a hook to the temple - Kent is on wobbly legs here! Smolarek swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Kent falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Smolarek wins by TKO!
