Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mark Jackacy (ranked 2124 p4p, 1675 weight class) and Alpha Karhu (ranked 213 p4p, 174 weight class). Jackacy comes into the arena with Nkolo Akosunga - Lokua Kanza blaring out of the sound system. Alpha Karhu has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Mark Jackacy's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 10 - 2, fighting out of London, Mark Jackacy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alpha Karhu!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karhu is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Jackacy's half guard.
Jackacy is looking to improve his position.
Jackacy is trying to control but can't.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jackacy is pressing down on Karhu's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Jackacy is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Jackacy is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Karhu stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jackacy swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Jackacy wants to hit a sweep here but Karhu passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Jackacy there!
Jackacy is looking to improve his position but Karhu isn't that keen on the idea.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Karhu is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Jackacy has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Jackacy tries to reverse the position but Karhu maintains control.
Karhu looking to secure an arm triangle but Jackacy defends it well.
Jackacy is working to get back to half guard.
Karhu is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Jackacy can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Jackacy bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Jackacy won't allow Karhu to sweep him here.
Jackacy is in close to Karhu's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Karhu is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Jackacy loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Jackacy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Karhu swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jackacy lying in Karhu's guard like a wet fish here, stalling away. Karhu decides he's had enough of all that nonsense - he escapes his hips and locks up an armbar! Wow, that was slick! Jackacy taps! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
