Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yoni Megaladon (ranked 420 p4p, 599 weight class) and Thunda Punch (ranked 51 p4p, 70 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Megaladon might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Break On Throoooyeah. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Megaladon takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Yoni Megaladon has been cut.

Megaladon lands a nice hook to Punch's body. Punch takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Yoni Megaladon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

It seemed like Punch was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Punch bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

and Punch counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Punch keeps the fight on the outside.
Megaladon drops Punch with a beautiful combination! Punch stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Megaladon is looking for the KO!
It looks like Thunda Punch has been cut.
Punch checks a leg kick.
Megaladon moves in looking to clinch but Punch pushes him off.
Punch moves out of range as Megaladon strikes.
Punch circles away from the clinch attempt.
A countering left hand to the body from Punch misses.

Megaladon misses with the combination.
Punch now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Megaladon lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Megaladon tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Punch paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Yoni Megaladon's cut is getting worse.
Megaladon throws a lazy uppercut
and Punch counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Megaladon throws an ugly left hook that misses
enabling Punch to counter with a crisp jab.
Megaladon misses with a hook to the body
and Punch counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Megaladon thinking.
Megaladon misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Punch! But no joy.
Megaladon throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
That's six minutes gone in the round.
Megaladon stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Punch is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Punch get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Punch stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Megaladon runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 6:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Yoni Megaladon!
Yoni Megaladon seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
