Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pete Opium (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lei Wulong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Opium comes to the cage accompanied by Raining Blood. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Pete Opium!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lei Wulong!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wulong throws a leg kick which misses Opium's front leg but catches the back leg as Opium tries to avoid it.
Wulong ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Opium moves away.
Opium feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Wulong is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Opium throws a strike but Wulong rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Opium knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wulong on the ground.
Wulong controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Opium throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Opium tries to strike from the bottom.
Opium looking for a sweep. Not yet Opium, not yet.
Wulong trying to control but Opium is working from the bottom.
Opium striking off his back but it's not causing Wulong any problems.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Opium closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Opium cracks Wulong with a big right hand but Wulong just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Wulong is looking for a sweep.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wulong is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Opium off and has taken his back!
Wulong is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Opium has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Wulong has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Opium taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Wulong doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Lei Wulong!
