Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yawa Kiang (ranked 23413 p4p, 23317 weight class) and Wala Sapi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 47 - 88 - 4, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yawa Kiang! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 68 - 59 - 14, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wala Sapi! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Sapi misses with a takedown attempt - Kiang sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. And Kiang counters with a quick kick to the body but Sapi blocks it.
Sapi drives through with a takedown into Kiang's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sapi slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Kiang looking to control.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Sapi being controlled here momentarily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sapi wanted to stand there but Kiang had control of the position.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Sapi is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Sapi controlling from the top position.
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Sapi looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Kiang! Kiang is in a bad spot here and he knows it... just holding on for now.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kiang struggling a bit here. Kiang trying to remain calm as Sapi controls from the top position.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. You can see the frustration on Kiang's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Kiang trying to remain calm as Sapi controls from the top position.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kiang. Sapi replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Kiang blocks it well. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Wala Sapi dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Sapi shoots in looking for a takedown but Kiang manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sapi's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. And Kiang counters with a quick kick to the body but Sapi blocks it. Kiang shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sapi but Sapi pushes him off and we're back to square one. Sapi thinks about the counter body kick.
Sapi shoots in and gets a takedown into Kiang's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sapi being controlled here momentarily.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Sapi wants to stand but Kiang is controlling his posture from full guard. Sapi sitting in guard here, content to control. Let's hope that Sapi has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Sapi trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Sapi stays in close to Kiang's body and controls the position.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Kiang drives through with a takedown into guard. Wala Sapi has got the better of the ground game so far.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Sapi has control of Kiang's left arm, preventing Kiang from doing any damage. Sapi trying to keep a closed guard but Kiang is proving a slippery customer.
Kiang controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Kiang seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Sapi for as long as he can get away with. Kiang looking to sit in guard and control but Sapi gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
 And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Wala Sapi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Kiang stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kiang wants it to stay on the feet. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sapi. Kiang shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Sapi counters with a good, hard body kick but Kiang shrugs it off. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sapi shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kiang is trying to defend but Sapi finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Kiang trying to hold on to Sapi's head to control him but Sapi postures up.
Sapi trying to control from half guard but Kiang is working away. Sapi controlling the pace.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kiang wants to control but Sapi is keeping busy.
Sapi slows the pace down in half guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Kiang is looking to control Sapi's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kiang avoid being mounted?
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Kiang. Sapi tries to bench press Kiang off him but Kiang keeps the position. Kiang working away.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Sapi is trying to control Kiang's posture but Kiang avoids it. Kiang controlling from side mount. Yawa Kiang has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Wala Sapi is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Kiang wants to control but Sapi is keeping him busy. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
And that's the end of the fight! Yawa Kiang showed his dominance in that final round. I think Sapi has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
