Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tapad Amiga (ranked 23403 p4p, 23258 weight class) and Rico Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tapad Amiga could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Rico Salvacion's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 43 - 88 - 7, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tapad Amiga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 60 - 74 - 7, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rico Salvacion! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Gwen Towbar.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Amiga misses with the body kick
and Salvacion counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Amiga! We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Amiga is letting Salvacion control him for a moment.
Salvacion is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Amiga has escaped the position, nice work there. Salvacion tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion taking a breather here.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga tries to bench press Salvacion off him but Salvacion keeps the position. Amiga dodges the ground and pound from Salvacion. Amiga is trying to control Salvacion's posture but Salvacion avoids it. Salvacion is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Amiga's shoulder. That is not cool.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Amiga throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Salvacion's waist but Salvacion gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Amiga off to one side.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Amiga keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Salvacion shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Amiga defends it nicely.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Amiga shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Salvacion counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Salvacion shoots in for a takedown but Amiga shows good takedown defense. Tapad Amiga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rico Salvacion. Amiga shoots for a double leg takedown but Salvacion sprawls well. He's pushed Amiga's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Amiga tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Salvacion swivels and escapes.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Amiga dives in for a single leg takedown but Salvacion sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Amiga has Salvacion pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Salvacion manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Amiga drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Salvacion gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Salvacion has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Amiga is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Rico Salvacion dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Amiga looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Amiga looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Amiga wants to free his trapped foot but Salvacion is holding on for dear life with his legs. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion keeping control of the position. Salvacion is trying to maintain the position but Amiga is very close to passing his half guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Salvacion landing a few short strikes.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Salvacion shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Amiga as he jumps to the side. Salvacion throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Amiga scores with a nice body kick.

Amiga looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Salvacion keeping control of the position.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Amiga is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Salvacion keeps control of the position for the meantime. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Amiga wants to take a breather but Salvacion is having none of it. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Tapad Amiga dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Amiga looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Salvacion is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Salvacion is continuing to stall. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Amiga is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 That's one minute gone in the round. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Salvacion goes for a double leg but Amiga avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Amiga continues to drive forward. Amiga thinks about countering with a body kick.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Amiga tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Salvacion defends well and Amiga ends up having to push Salvacion into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Salvacion feints the counter takedown. Salvacion wants to take the fight to the mat but Amiga manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Salvacion breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Amiga darts in looking for a takedown but Salvacion gets double underhooks and turns Amiga into the cage. Salvacion is looking for a takedown. Tapad Amiga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rico Salvacion.
 That's three minutes gone in the round.
Salvacion drags the fight down to the ground.
Amiga is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Salvacion looking for a sweep. Not yet Salvacion, not yet.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Salvacion is trying to control the position but Amiga postures up. Salvacion looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Salvacion wants to sweep here but Amiga controlling him for the moment. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion is controlling Amiga's posture.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Tapad Amiga showed his dominance in that final round. I think Amiga has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
