Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Rodger Garrett!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cristofer Kelley!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Franklyn Lucas and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garrett throws a poor cross that misses
and Kelley counters with an inside leg kick.
A lazy left from Kelley finds it's target.
Kelley ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Garrett throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Kelley counters with a stiff right hand.
Kelley lands a big uppercut and Garrett crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Garrett looks OK. Kelley waves Garrett back to his feet!
Garrett is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kelley throws a quick inside leg kick.
Oh Garrett is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Are you kidding me?! Kelley ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Garrett clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
