Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yawa Kiang (ranked 23443 p4p, 23383 weight class) and Way Nada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yawa Kiang could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Way Nada's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 64 - 70 - 5, fighting out of Las Vegas, Way Nada!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Kiang gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Nada to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Nada is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kiang.

Nada closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Kiang to the mat! Kiang manages to get full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Kiang tries to get to full guard but Nada has control of the leg.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

and Nada counters with a solid body kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yawa Kiang. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kiang tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Nada defends well and Kiang ends up having to push Nada into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Kiang has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Nada is trying to keep an underhook but Kiang manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Nada is looking for a sweep. Kiang is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Kiang is trying to control. Nada wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Kiang stalling.

Yawa Kiang has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Nada desperately trying to maintain half guard.
Way Nada is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Way Nada comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Nada has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
