Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nick Albodean (ranked 1614 p4p, 1611 weight class) and Alexey Alexandrov Jr (ranked 207 p4p, 205 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Albodean might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to I ain't worried - One Republic. Nick Albodean has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Albodean swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Albodean shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Albodean looks to throw the jab but Alexandrov Jr is out of range.
Alexandrov Jr tries to counter with a clinch but Albodean shakes him off and moves away.

Albodean throws the left hand but Alexandrov Jr avoids the punch easily.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Alexandrov Jr has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
