Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Suriyan Sitsongrit (ranked 122 p4p, 243 weight class) and Heung Min Choi (ranked 14 p4p, 23 weight class). Choi has chosen Black Eyed Bruiser as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Suriyan Sitsongrit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Heung Min Choi!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sitsongrit punishes Choi's body with a nice straight punch.
Choi delivers a nice body kick.
Some wild striking there from Choi.
Choi walks into a straight right hand from Sitsongrit.
It looks like Heung Min Choi has been cut.
Sitsongrit looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Choi is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Sitsongrit bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Choi's head backwards.

Sitsongrit moves out of range of the strikes.
Sitsongrit lands an overhand right.
Choi cracks Sitsongrit with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Sitsongrit keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Choi takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Sitsongrit lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Choi has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Choi and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

and Sitsongrit makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Choi really felt that one!
A punch lands to the side of Sitsongrit 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Sitsongrit tries to score with a low kick but Choi moves his leg out of the way.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

It seemed like Choi was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Choi blocks a low kick nicely.

Choi flicks out a counter leg kick but Sitsongrit steps away.

Choi drops his hands momentarily and Sitsongrit takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Heung Min Choi will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Sitsongrit has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Choi.

A little jabbing left from Choi on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

and Sitsongrit counters with a slapping leg kick.
Sitsongrit avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Choi moves into range and connects with a jab.

Choi clobbers Sitsongrit with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Choi looks to land a left hand but Sitsongrit moved out of range nicely.
Sitsongrit appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sitsongrit tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Sitsongrit swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Choi throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Sitsongrit counters with a head kick. That will keep Choi thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Choi is still on wobbly legs! Can Sitsongrit finish him?
Sitsongrit steps in with a hook that catches Choi right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Sitsongrit follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Choi looks absolutely devastated.

Suriyan Sitsongrit decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
