Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yawa Kiang (ranked 23433 p4p, 23372 weight class) and Way Nada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yawa Kiang has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 45 - 84 - 4, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yawa Kiang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 64 - 66 - 5, fighting out of Las Vegas, Way Nada!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Kiang closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Nada keeps Kiang under control for a moment.
Nada tries to buck Kiang off but Kiang is having none of it.
Kiang is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Nada will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nada struggling a bit here.

Kiang keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

A nice side step and Nada releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Way Nada showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
