Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jerome Wood!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zac Lawman!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawman has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Zac Lawman has been cut.
Jerome Wood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wood swinging wilding here.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Lawman misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Lawman cracks Wood with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Wood fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Lawman sprawls well initially but Wood persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Wood throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Lawman blocking the ground and pound attempt from Wood.
Wood is nestled in close to Lawman, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Lawman is refusing to be controlled, as Wood sits in half guard.

Wood thows a huge punch but Lawman dodges it nicely.
Lawman has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Wood is working away from the top position though.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Wood fails with an attempt to clinch.
Wood shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lawman as he jumps to the side.
Wood tries to clinch up.

Wood fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Lawman, pushing him back against the cage.
Lawman takes a shot to the head.

Wood breaks the clinch.
Wood scores with a nice strike.
Wood fails with an attempt to clinch.
Wood shoots in but no luck this time.
Lawman with a hook.
Wood is breathing heavily.
Lawman shoots in for a takedown but Wood shows good takedown defense.
Wood lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Lawman can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Wood and Lawman drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Wood.
