Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jean Arlin (ranked 2012 p4p, 2190 weight class) and Rock Lee (ranked 233 p4p, 253 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jean Arlin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rock Lee!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Arlin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lee sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Lee defending well as Arlin loads up on a big left hand.
Lee explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Lee misses with a double jab
and Arlin counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Lee throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lee closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Lee thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Arlin if he has to take too many more of those.
Lee lands the left hand.
Arlin walks forward, straight into a front kick from Lee.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lee looks to land a combination but Arlin avoids it well.

Lee scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Arlin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lee circles away quickly and effectively.

Lee steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Arlin.
Arlin throws a hook but Lee avoids it easily.

Arlin will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.
Lee fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Lee throws a right and a left that both miss.

Lee misses with a few strikes there.
Lee pushes Arlin away with a front kick.
Lee throws a lazy right hand but Arlin sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Lee looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

and Lee counters with a stiff right hand.
Lee digs a good hook to Arlin's body.
Arlin is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Lee cracks Arlin with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Lee throws a head kick that Arlin semi-blocks.
Arlin tries to move into range but Lee moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
An inside leg kick lands from Lee.

Arlin avoids a kick to the body.
Rock Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Arlin throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Lee has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Lee swings away with a body shot that misses
and Arlin counters with a crisp right hand that drops Lee! Arlin lets Lee back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Lee is rocked!
Lee doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Lee looks winded!
Lee swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Lee is looking to chop away at Arlin's legs.
Lee cracks a nice hook into Arlin's ribs.
Lee misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Arlin counters with a huge left! Lee is in big trouble! He's backing up but Arlin isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Lee from any more damage. A dominating finish by Arlin!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jean Arlin!
Our winner, Jean Arlin, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
