Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chaz Popizicki (ranked 887 p4p, 615 weight class) and Greight Ness (ranked 110 p4p, 82 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 18 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chaz Popizicki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 4 - 1, fighting out of London, Greight Ness! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ness throws a jab but it's blocked by Popizicki. Ness misses with a right hand
and Popizicki counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Popizicki. Popizicki looking to pass the guard. Popizicki stands up over Ness, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Ness keeping moving, preventing Popizicki from controlling successfully. Ness wants to sweep but no luck. Ness preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ness avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Popizicki throws an elbow that misses. Ness uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Popizicki's guard. Nice move by Ness!

Ness got a little sloppy there for a moment and Popizicki has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ness has managed to get both his arms back between Popizicki's legs - danger averted.

Popizicki has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

They are putting on a show! Popizicki changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ness tries to avoid it but Popizicki manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ness to the ground.
