And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marley Becker!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Colin Fray and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Galvan misses with a looping right.
Becker misses with a hook
and Galvan connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Galvan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Becker.

enabling Galvan to counter with a crisp jab.
Becker lands a nice hook to Galvan's body. Galvan takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Galvan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Becker manages to avoid it.

Becker jabs Galvan right on the nose. Galvan blinks but takes it well.
Galvan connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Becker ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

and Galvan counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Becker slips under a jab.
A slow jab from Galvan misses its intended target.
Becker drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Galvan defends it well.
Galvan walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Galvan throws a looping overhand right but Becker ducks down to avoid it.
Becker rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Galvan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A quick step to the side and Galvan tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Galvan scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Becker doesn't seem bothered though.
Henry Galvan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Becker cracks Galvan with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Becker closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Becker scores with a crisp jab that stopped Galvan in his tracks.

A punch lands to the side of Galvan 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Galvan is rocked!
Galvan uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Becker.
Oh Galvan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Becker ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Galvan moves away.
It looked like Galvan wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Galvan seems to have got his legs back now.
Becker is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Galvan walks straight into a right hand from Becker - that's dropped him! Becker jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Galvan from any more punishment! Galvan complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
