Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Steel Adams (ranked 432 p4p, 242 weight class) and Evan Ekbomb (ranked 53 p4p, 31 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Steel Adams!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Evan Ekbomb!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Paulsen Ambrosius and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ekbomb blocks a head kick by Adams.
Ekbomb throws a low kick but it's checked well by Adams.
Adams throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ekbomb's waist but Ekbomb gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Adams off to one side.
Adams doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Adams throws a head kick that misses.
Ekbomb lands a big head kick that sends Adams tumbling to the mat! Ekbomb takes a step backwards and waves Adams back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Adams is rocked!
It looks like Steel Adams has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Adams with a poor takedown
and Ekbomb counters with a good low kick that Adams was not able to check.
Oh Adams is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Adams shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ekbomb pinned against the cage. Ekbomb gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Steel Adams. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ekbomb slaps away a takedown attempt from Adams, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Ekbomb throws out a counter right but Adams avoids it with no problem.
Ekbomb has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far.
Ekbomb fakes the body blow, causing Adams to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Adams goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Evan Ekbomb!
