Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ronnie Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rufus Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Storm might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Thunderstruck - AC/DC. Ronnie Storm has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black is trying hard to land a takedown here. Storm sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Black tries to clinch up but Storm circles away and keeps his distance.
Storm uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Black.

Black fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Storm manages to avoid it.

Storm tightens his grip and picks Black up, before dumping him to the ground. Black manages to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Storm turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Storm manages to end up in side control.

Storm wants to take a breather but Black manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Storm.

Black had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Storm is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Black Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Storm's back instead.
Storm breaks Black's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Storm sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Black's guard.
Storm looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Black with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Black is staying active underneath Storm, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Storm connects with a nice short shot to Black's temple.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Storm is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Storm gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Storm gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Storm apologises and we restart here on the feet.
