Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Agbay Amiga (ranked 23042 p4p, 23312 weight class) and Helen Salvacion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Agbay Amiga could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Helen Salvacion's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 50 - 64 - 7, fighting out of Las Vegas, Agbay Amiga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 51 - 63 - 10, fighting out of Las Vegas, Helen Salvacion! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Salvacion shoots in and bounces Amiga off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Amiga not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Amiga looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Salvacion stays in close to Amiga's body and controls the position. It looks like Salvacion might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga pulls Salvacion in close to his closed guard and prevents Salvacion from doing any damage or advancing position.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Salvacion sitting in guard, not really doing much.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Amiga gets a double leg takedown into Salvacion's guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Salvacion wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Salvacion trying to control the position.
Amiga has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Salvacion is proving hard to escape from.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Salvacion not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Amiga controlling from the top position.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Amiga dives in and grabs Salvacion's left leg, looking for a takedown. Salvacion pushes down on Amiga's head and hops out.
Amiga looking to score a takedown here. Salvacion is defending well but Amiga drives through and ends up in Salvacion's guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Amiga wants to stand but Salvacion has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Salvacion is pulling down on Amiga's head. It's preventing any offense from Amiga, at least for the moment. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Agbay Amiga will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Salvacion with a lazy takedown attempt and Amiga counters with a low kick, right behind Salvacion 's knee. Salvacion fails with a takedown attempt. It appears Amiga was looking to counter with a kick there. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Amiga is defended easily by Salvacion.
 That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion shoots in but no luck this time. Agbay Amiga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Helen Salvacion. Amiga tries to score a power double leg takedown but Salvacion sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Amiga somewhat.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Amiga closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Amiga lands in his opponent's guard. Salvacion managing to control the position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Amiga seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Salvacion holds on and takes a little breather. Amiga tries to stand but Salvacion is controlling from the bottom.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup. Salvacion tries to land a sweep but no joy.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! No luck with that takedown attempt from Salvacion. Amiga thinks about countering with a body kick. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Agbay Amiga dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. And we move into the final round!
Amiga changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Salvacion tries to avoid it but Amiga manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Salvacion to the ground. Salvacion escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Salvacion looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Amiga! A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amiga wants to control but Salvacion postures up. Amiga is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga trying to control from the bottom.
Salvacion is figuring out what he wants to do next. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Amiga keeping hold of Salvacion's head, controlling as best he can.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Salvacion throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Amiga tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Salvacion is in Amiga's guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Salvacion being controlled here momentarily. Salvacion controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Amiga holds on and takes a little breather. Salvacion looking to sit in guard and control but Amiga gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Amiga trying to stand up but can't free himself from Salvacion's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Amiga being controlled here momentarily. Amiga would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Helen Salvacion has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Agbay Amiga is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Salvacion is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Amiga's half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Helen Salvacion comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Amiga has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
