We've been informed that Rhodes has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

It looks like Wahwah has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.

letting Wahwah counter with a right hand.

Wahwah rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rhodes moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Wahwah has closed the distance and engaged Rhodes in a clinch.

Wahwah throws a right hand that Rhodes ducks under and follows up with a left that Rhodes also avoids with ease.
Rhodes fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Wahwah looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Wahwah uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Rhodes.

Wahwah tries to move into range but Rhodes moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

It looked like Wahwah wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Wahwah lands a big right hand that sends Rhodes crashing to the mat! Wahwah stays standing though and waves Rhodes back to his feet!

It looks like Artemis Rhodes has been cut.

Wahwah throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Rhodes! But no joy.
Rhodes ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

letting Rhodes counter with a right hand.

Rhodes feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Wahwahs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
